Neither GULDVIVA Ab nor GV Scandinavia Ab stores or transfers any kind of payment information.  Also, our webpages are secure, you can see this by the https at the beginning of our webaddress. This means that all traffic to and from our website is encrypted to prevent unauthorised access.

To guarantee the safety of your payment transaction you will be redirected to our payment providers’ secure pages when it is time to complete your payment.

We use the services of Paytrail Plc for payments from Åland, Finland or countries outside of the EU.  Paytrail PLC is a licensed payment institution authorised by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority, they have therefore been required to set up stringent security measures.  Their software and card processing partners are PCI DSS certified payment transaction experts.

For payments from Sweden and other EU countries you will be transferred to DIBS Payment Services Plc.  DIBS meet all industry safety requirements, as well as standards set by PCI DSS.  Their security is reviewed annually by VISA and MasterCard.

The PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) is a proprietary information security standard for organizations that handle branded credit cards from the major card brands including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.

All GULDVIVA jewellery is handcrafted in our workshop in the Åland Islands, Finland.  This guarantees a high quality, professional and solid craftsmanship.  Our materials consist exclusively of high quality 925 sterling silver or 18K gold.  All our pieces are solid and made through and through out of precious metal, they are never plated, filled with another material or hollow.

Our jewellery comes with a lifetime guarantee.  ( Repairs that are necessary due to wear and tear or which are self-caused, or which are caused by accident are not covered by this guarantee.)  Chains supplied together with your GULDVIVA piece but not produced by GULDVIVA are also high quality and made in 925 sterling silver or 18K gold.

We want our jewellery to be worn often and for a long time.  By yourself and by coming generations.  We hope that you will pass on your GULDVIVA piece to children and grandchildren.  This is also why we offer you free of charge professional polishing of your GULDVIVA piece at any time in the future.

Recycling is something that we agree with and want to support in as many ways as we can.  We recycle both by offering professional polishing and by recycling the actual materials.  Read more about this.
